DesignsbyKellyCruz takes a lot of time & pride into making each item so please be understanding of time frames.
Your are purchasing a handmade item, not all items will be "perfect" but I am my worst critic so I do try my best to make your item as "perfect" as can be.

DesignsbyKellyCruz does not accept returns or exchanges.
NO EXCEPTIONS.
However, if there is an error on our part please send an email to [email protected] within 24 hours of receiving your package with your concern so we can get it fixed.
Buyer is responsible for shipping the item back to me, fixes to the tumbler are free of charge.
We reserve our right to refuse service to anyone.
